The upcoming labour law seminar will focus on the topic of protection against discrimination. The seminar will be led by lawyer Selina Sellemerten and will provide a basic understanding of what constitutes discrimination under the General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG).
The seminar will address the obligations of employers, employees’ rights in cases of discrimination and their enforcement in practice.
The seminar is aimed at members interested in advisory work or contributing to the conflict resolution pool. Registration: Please register via Intern or by emailing faub1625@fau.org.
