We are hosting our next 2-day Organiser Training 101 in English with the IWW (UK and Germany), from 09:00-17:00, Saturday 6 June to Sunday 7 June. The OT101 is an intensive training that will give you what you need to build an organising committee at your workplace.
Based on the solidarity unionism framework, this training provides tools, tactics, and strategies to help you build solidarity with your coworkers and take action to achieve real changes at your job. You will learn how to have one-on-one conversations with coworkers, plan escalation campaigns, and organise and carry out direct actions.
The training is open to both FAU and IWW members and is free of charge, with meals included.
There are 16 places available, so please only sign up if you can attend both days in full. If you don’t get a place, don’t worry – we will be offering additional trainings in German and English soon.
