Spring is here, and with it a row of exciting events. The 12th of April is our General Assembly, and from the 17th to 19th of April the AG 8th of March is hosting the FemFAU, which deals with feminist union work. Come along!

March at the FAU local is all about the history of anarcho-syndicalism. One lecture will shed light on Rudolf Rocker’s years in Berlin, while another will examine the early days of the Free Workers’ Union of Germany from 1918 to 1923 – a period marked by civil war, the Kapp Putsch, hyperinflation, the declaration of syndicalist principles, and the founding of the International Workers’ Association in Berlin in 1922. Regular meetings of the working groups and sections as well as legal advice services complement the program. In addition, there will be a full-day seminar on collective bargaining agreements and the founding meeting of the IGG Berlin-Brandenburg. Understanding history, organizing the present, building the future – at the FAU-Lokal, Grüntaler Str. 24.

The cold season persists, but we counter it with a lot of amazing events, including a karaoke evening on the 13th of February featuring a lot of revolutionary songs. Come along!

In recent years, many people have been considering not participating in public political activity due to fear of facing repression at their workplace.

We’re starting into the new year with some exciting events. Apart from our New Year’s Party, there is the “Wir haben es satt!” demonstration and an evening about how to protect and empower political activity at work.

In den Treffen wollen wir Solidarität zwischen Mitarbeiter:innen an Berliner Schulen stärken. Komm vorbei!
