Do you have initial questions about organising and building collective power, or are you already organised and have specific concerns regarding labour law? Here are the advisory services offered by FAU Berlin:

Trade Union Consultation

Open to all – 3rd Friday of the month

You’re welcome to attend our preventive initial trade union consultation. Together, we’ll assess the situation at your workplace so that you and your colleagues can build power and assert your rights. We’ll explain our approach to union organising and aim to shift individual conflicts toward collective action. This consultation is preventive, meaning it’s meant to happen before the situation escalates—when union intervention may already be too late. The consultation is open to everyone, including non-members. Appointments are required in advance.

Please send your request to: faub-beratung@fau.org.

Legal Consultation

For members only – 2nd Tuesday of the month starting at 5:00 p.m.

An online legal consultation with lawyer Klaus Stähle is available. Here, you can discuss legal questions with an attorney.
