Liebe Mitglieder! Am 22.11.2025 findet das nächste und für dieses Jahr letzte Organiser Training statt. In dem Training der FAU Hannover wird es v.a. darum gehen, die Basics des Organizings zu lernen.
Formalia und Fristen im Arbeitsrecht
Wenn wir in Arbeitskonflikten und Arbeitskämpfen auf das Arbeitsgericht zurückgreifen ist es entscheidend, dass wir die formalen Anforderungen erfüllen. In dem Seminar widmen wir uns daher wichtigen Fragen wie: Wie mache ich Ansprüche geltend, was sind Ausschlussfristen aus dem Arbeitsvertrag und wann sind sie wirksam, was bedeuten tarifvertragliche Ausschlussfristen, was ist im Verhältnis hierzu die Verwirkung und Verjährung?

Against precarity and union busting at NH Hotels!
Our sister union CNT Barcelona is currently in conflict with NH Hotels. Background: In 2024, workers at NH Hotels in Barcelona organized a CNT union section to fight for better working conditions. From day one, the company responded with a hostile, anti-union stance.
What: Solidarity action for our comrades in Barcelona.
When: 25.10.25, 2–4 pm.
