Do you work in landscaping, tree care, vegetable growing, or another “green profession”?
Are you a member of FAU Berlin-Brandenburg, Potsdam, or another syndicate and working in the region?
Then come along to our first in-person meeting!
Saturday, 28 March at 2 pm
FAU office, Grüntaler Straße 24, Berlin
Do you live in a more rural part of Brandenburg but would like to attend and need somewhere to stay? No problem – get in touch and we’ll find a solution!
Not yet an FAU member but working in the sector and interested in organising? Feel free to contact us to get involved: faub1957@fau.org
Why a meeting?
There is already quite a lot happening across the country in our sector. In Berlin and Brandenburg too, many people work in “green professions”, and some are already organised in the FAU.
However, there is not yet a local or regional structure – and we want to change that!
Organising is easier where you live and work.
This meeting is intended as the starting point for a local IGG group, where we can collectively decide on our focus.
What are we planning?
First of all, we want to get to know each other better.
There will also be some food – feel free to bring something along if you have time!
We also want to work out more concretely what we would like to do as a local group. There are already plenty of ideas: from regular exchanges about workplace conditions, to organising in vocational schools, to actions around relevant issues.
