Have you ever wanted to start organising in your workplace or have you been busy organising and want to pick up some new skills and tips?
The FAU Berlin is hosting our next 2-day long Organiser Training 101 in English from the IWW (WISERA) from 09:00—17:00 on both Sat 5th and Sun 6th of April.
The OT101 is an intensive training that will give you what you need to build an organising committee at your workplace.
Based on the solidarity unionism framework, this Organiser Training will give you the tools, tactics, and strategies to help build solidarity with your coworkers and take action to make real changes at your job. You will learn how to have one-on-one conversations with coworkers, the basics of labour law, and how to organise and carry out direct actions.
The training is open to both FAU and IWW members and our colleagues. It is free of charge, with meals included. There are 16 places, so please only sign up if you can fully attend both days.
If you don’t get a place, don’t worry too much as we will be having additional training in DE and EN in the near future.
