Since not a single cent of the €14,000 has been paid and Superfoods’ management continues to refuse any agreement, we will hold a third public demonstration on 23.02.2025 in front of the café at Charlottenburger Schlüterstr. 37.

We are fighting against wage theft at Superfoods, including unpaid overtime, incomplete payment for the contracted work hours, and missing vacation pay. These are not just rumors – as members of the FAU Berlin (Free Workers’ Union Berlin), we have sued Superfoods Berlin UG to reclaim the wages owed to us. Before resorting to legal action, we tried to recover our withheld wages directly from the company. However, we received no response, forcing us to bring the matter to court. Every one of us former employees reports similar issues, including:
• Unpaid vacation: None of us were paid for our vacation days as required by German law.
• Unpaid contractual working hours: None of us were paid for the full, contracted working hours.
• Late or incorrect payments: All of us experienced delays or discrepancies in our monthly payments, leaving us waiting for money that was often only paid in partial amounts or not at all.
Superfoods Berlin UG has failed to honor the terms of an out-of-court settlement and still hasn’t paid. That is why we are demanding a total of €14,000 in stolen gross wages that are rightfully ours.
