Have you ever wanted to start organising in your workplace or have you been busy organising and want to pick up some new skills and tips?
The FAU Berlin is hosting our second 2-day long organiser 101 training in English from the IWW (WISERA) from 09:00 — 17:00 on both Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th of October.
The OT101 is an intensive training that will give you the skills and tools you need to build an organising committee at your workplace. You will learn what constitutes a union, how to have one-on-one conversations with coworkers, the basics of labour law, and how to organise and carry out direct actions.
Based on the solidarity unionism framework, this Organiser Training will give you the tools, tactics, and strategies to help build solidarity with your coworkers and take action to make real changes at your job.
The training is open to both FAU and IWW members and is free of charge. We are limited to 16 places, so please only sign up if you can fully attend both days.
If you don’t get a place don’t worry too much as we will be having additional trainings in German and English in the near future.
